What to expect as a new SureSmile® Provider

Becoming a new SureSmile® Clear Aligner provider is a great opportunity to help grow your practice and provide an excellent treatment experience for your patients. Here is what you can expect on your journey to becoming a SureSmile® Provider:

  • Register to become a provider by creating a SureSmile® account. You will fill out your information, practice information, and pay the registration fee. Please allow up to 48 business hours for your registration to process.
  • You will be given access to the SureSmile® software and an account will be created for SureSmile U onboarding.
  • Access to patient education materials and tools to help support patient awareness.
  • You will receive a Doctor starter kit, which includes a consulting typodont and IPR accessories
  • In person and virtual visits from field sales, and clinical implementation specialists. On-going practice support from field sales, customer care, and clinical implantation specialists.

As a SureSmile® provider you will receive tailored practice support through SureSmileU, our online training platform to onboard you and your staff. You will also receive in-office support through our team of experts – field sales, digital lab technicians, clinical implementation specialist and customer care associates

The Suresmile® System

SureSmile® Aligners

  • Designed for treatment of simple to complex cases, SureSmile® Aligners are created using our advanced technology and proven materials. Choose between scalloped and straight trimlines to ensure a personalized, comfortable fit from start to finish. 

SureSmile® VProTM

  • Enhance the treatment experience with SureSmile® VPro™, a high-frequency vibration device that patients can use at home to help aligners fit properly. Using SureSmile® VPro™ for just 5 minutes a day with clear aligners may reduce discomfort.4 
  • Patients can pair the SureSmile® VPro™ app with their device in order to: o Track daily SureSmile® VPro™ usageo Receive reminders to use device and change slingers as prescribed o Monitor SureSmile® VPro™ battery life o Share results and progress photos

SureSmile® Retainers

  • SureSmile® Retainers are designed to provide adequate mechanical and functional forces for the retention of final occlusion to prevent teeth relapse.6 Our retainers also have the strength to protect teeth from damage caused by bruxing or grinding without compromising the retainer’s clinical effectiveness.5
  • SureSmile® Retainers are designed to last up to 12 months.7 When your patient is ready for a replacement, ordering is easy.
  • Customizable – SureSmile® Retainers gives the freedom and flexibility to order what is needed. Having the freedom to order multiple sets means the patient has a backup set to protect their new smile in-case their retainer is lost or broken.

SureSmileTM Whitening Kit

Help your patients achieve professional whitening results from the comfort of their home. 15 minutes is all that is needed to achieve a brighter, whiter smile.

SureSmile® Patient Kit

The SureSmile® Patient Kit is designed with the tools your patients need to get started on their smile journey. The kit includes an appliance case to store aligners, ChewiesTM aligner seaters, and RetainerBriteTM cleaning tablets.

SureSmileTM Simulator

The SureSmileTM Simulator is a software application that can be used by your doctor to show you a customized 3D-visualization of your potential clear aligner treatment outcome.9

Seamless Equipment Integration

Our open platform fully integrates with all Dentsply Sirona scanners, as well as other commonly used scanners. The software also accepts submissions from various CBCT machines for SureSmile® Aligner and Ortho platforms*.

* SureSmile® cannot and does not guarantee the functionality or performance of any CBCT devices not included on the list of approved devices for use with the SureSmile® system. Use of any
CBCT scanner not on the approved list is at your sole risk. You are responsible for ensuring proper calibration and operation of any CBCT device used in conjunction with the SureSmile®
system. By selecting the “CBCT premium option,” you warrant that your CBCT device meets the following minimum requirements. Submission of data from devices not meeting these
requirements may result in rejection of the scan data, rejection of your order, and/or extended processing time of your order. SureSmile® cannot guarantee the effectiveness of any non-approved
devices, or those that do not meet the criteria set forth above, and therefore does not assume any liability for use of any non-compliant CBCT devices. SureSmile® strongly recommends that you
check the list of approved devices from time to time to ensure continued compliance with these requirements. In addition, SureSmile® reserves the right to reject scans from even approved scanners when the quality of the data provided does not meet SureSmile®’s minimum requirements.
